Here I ate the best shin of my life! Self service, it took me a few minutes to understand how and where to get what I wanted (there are several lines for drinks, hot dishes, cold dishes ...). The finest pork knuckle. Staff always friendly. The fresh cakes are highly recommended with coffee or cocoa. Andechser beer of course absolutely great !! We have been coming for many years and have never been disappointed.

Such a nice place to go! The food was beyond my expectations! The beer is also super!! Highly recommend. The only problem is if you have to take public transportation from Munich, it’s going to take you much more time.

Excellent food and beer! Large and free parking at the foot of the mountain. Slightly inflated prices, but not excessive. Large and spacious terraces (if you catch a beautiful day and place). Otherwise ... if you're with your family a lot of patience during peak hours. A trick: one to sit in line for beer, another to eat, and the third, if it is 😁, to occupy a table. Avoid the hours when there are many visitors, especially on Sundays and holidays. I definitely recommend 1l beer (h Traditional Hell) with a pig's foot (Haxe). We must definitely come back!

The Bräustüberl is increasingly degenerating into a mass tourism attraction. At the weekend you can really save yourself the visit. Amazing quality can be maintained. Tip: definitely try the apple whites.

Quaint Bavarian. Very interesting monastery complex with such a great and magnificent church. Simply wonderful and worth seeing! But also very commercial gastronomy. Very well attended despite the rainy weather.

I ate Läberkas and potato salad and have to say that the potato salad was not made by myself! is just a finished product! Would have been better to go to an inn somewhere in town for the money.

I like to give the 5 stars, the food first the number 1 the best pork knuckle that I / we have eaten Super good beer / shandy. We had a mix-up when we fetched beer. Unfortunately, I got a shandy instead of the dark one, which I liked. I still have to say something about identity card control, among other things. Anyone who has followed everything can read a lot of information has been falsified. Now it is a great control, I / we have nothing to hide and no problem at all showing our IDs in connection with the registration form or having them checked. The hygiene concept me have nothing to complain about, if a table becomes free, it is cleared and cleaned immediately. And what I noticed, some guests may not think about it, so don't wear a mask at all or the trend under the nose or on the chin, they are politely asked to wear them properly. If the "mountain" calls, we will be happy to come back ..

Everyone must have been there. Visiting the monastery and then eating in the Bräustüberl an Haxen and drinking a beer is a must. Super nice area and good beer. The knuckles are so super-human. You can only eat them in pairs. Otherwise everything is great.

You can serve it to a foreign tourist who has no idea about Bavarian cuisine, but serving the whole thing without sauce, no, that doesn't work! I can confirm the loveless push of drinks when the drinks spill over, which one of the previous speakers described. Has a bland aftertaste from the Oktoberfest. There is one entrance for cold dishes and another for warm dishes (without sauces). A labyrinth (certainly due to Corona) leads to the drinks. There are desserts and ice cream elsewhere. The steamed noodle with vanilla sauce was good and I recommend it. In summary, I can say that there are better and nicer beer gardens!
